This year we set up an e-twinning partnership with a Swedish school in Vindangen in Falkoping. We decided that each school should make a video and share our experiences. Here are some extracts from the Swedish video that the pupils and their teacher Mr. Fredrik Ollson has kindly sent us. Other features of their video will include a cheese plant, a museum and aspects of Swedish Neo-lithic life. Our video is entitled "Josie's Rambling House" and it will include Irish music, song, dance, recitations and story telling.

Highlight of the partnership's activities was the visit of the Swedish delegation . They were warmly welcomed to Ireland by Mr. Batt O' Keeffe, TD. Minister for Education and Science. A massive cultural evening of music song, dance and story telling followed.

Skiing in Sweden

On Tuesday morning the 21st April we assembled at Cork Airport to embark on the trip to Thessaloniki.

Already we are learning a great deal from each other. While we are exploring the two cultures we are also presenting and solving technical aspects of the presentation. We are getting great co-operation from our Swedish friends and we have a very busy student forum going. We have downloaded the video onto our handhelds where we have instant playback.
